Once your appointment is booked, please take the following steps to prepare for our technician’s visit:
Before the Visit
- Clear the Area – Ensure the space around the clock is free of furniture, decorations, and other obstructions to allow the technician full access.
- Provide Good Lighting – Proper lighting is essential for detailed clock repairs. If the area is dimly lit, please have additional lighting available.
- Secure Pets – For their safety and ours, please keep pets in a separate room during the service visit.
- Minimize Disruptions – Limit excessive foot traffic in the area where the technician will be working to allow for focused repairs.
- Verify Clock Stability – If your clock is unstable or has been recently moved, please let the technician know in advance.
During the Visit
- Access to Power – Some repairs may require access to a nearby electrical outlet.
- Temperature Control – Sudden temperature changes can affect certain clock mechanisms. Please keep the area at a stable, comfortable temperature.
- Ask Questions – If you have any questions about the service, feel free to ask the technician before or after they begin work.
We appreciate your cooperation in making the service visit as efficient and safe as possible. If you have any special concerns or requests, please let us know in advance.
