What You Need to Know

To schedule a Carry-In Appointment for your clock or radio service/repair, please follow these steps:
  1. Select an Available Date – Choose a date from the calendar that works for you.
  2. Choose "Carry-In Book Appointment" – Ensure you select this option to proceed with scheduling.
  3. Review Your Appointment Details – Double-check the date and time to confirm your availability.
  4. Pre-Pay for Your VisitPre-payment is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment will not be confirmed without payment.
    • Please note: The pre-payment covers the initial assessment only. Any additional service or repair costs will be billed separately. However, the appointment fee will be applied toward your final bill.
  5. Click "Book Appointment" – This finalizes your appointment. If you do not wish to proceed, select "Cancel" to back out.
Once your appointment is booked, please take the following steps to prepare for bringing your clock or radio to our shop:

Before Your Visit

  • Ensure Safe Transport – Carefully secure your clock or radio for transport to prevent damage. If you need guidance on how to properly transport your item, feel free to contact us.
  • Arrive on Time – Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time to allow for a smooth drop-off process.
  • Know Your Item’s History – If you are aware of any previous repairs, specific issues, or special concerns, please provide those details upon drop-off.
  • Bring Necessary Accessories
    • For clocks, bring any required keys, weights, pendulums, or other essential components.
    • For radios, bring power cords, antennas, or any additional accessories needed for a complete assessment.

At the Shop

  • Check-In Process – Upon arrival, a technician will review your clock or radio and confirm the service details with you.
  • Discuss Repair Expectations – After the assessment, we will provide you with a repair estimate and discuss any additional costs before proceeding.
  • Leave Contact Information – Ensure we have the best phone number and email to reach you for updates on your item's status.
