You can do this by making the pendulum shorter. Turn the little nut at the bottom of the pendulum to the right. This will raise the weight a bit.

Just remember, turn the nut left to make the clock go slower, and turn it right to make the clock go faster. Adjust a little bit at a time and then wait to see if the clock starts showing the right time!
